Right of return

Siko.bg gives you, our customers the right to return the purchased products within 14 days from the day of delivery.

Products that have been manufactured / imported on individual order / specifically for the customer / installed or glued tiles or other products cannot be returned.

The customer must examine the products in the presence of the courier upon receipt. If a defect is found as a result of transportation, a Claim Inspection Report is required from the courier describing the damaged items. WITHOUT a completed Claim Inspection Report, claims regarding the integrity of the products will not be considered!!!
