Yes, this is possible with BNP Paribas, Unicredit Bulbank and DSK for orders over BGN 250. When completing the order, click on “Buy on credit” and complete the form. You will be contacted within 3 business days to confirm your lease.

There are a number of delivery methods and before we dispatch your order, one of our consultants will contact you by phone to confirm. In all cases, delivery is completed within up to 2-4 business days (the exception is if you have selected products with a pre-order; we will then contact you to clarify the details of the order)

  • Delivery by SIKO transport.
It is available in cities where SIKO has physical locations. Delivery is free for orders over BGN 299. It is carried out from 09:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM without commitment for exact time and unloading operations. Delivery to an address is not made unless a parking space is provided for the SIKO truck.

SIKO works with EKONT, SPEEDY and TRANSPRESS and delivery rates are dependent on the courier companies and not SIKO.

  • Receipt of the goods from a SIKO store or warehouse with the customer’s personal transport.
You can place an order and go to one of our locations, where we will deliver the goods you have ordered and from which you can personally collect your order. In this way you will save on transport costs.

When ordering online, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days. You must keep the receipt/invoice. You can return the goods by courier at your expense or return them in person to your nearest store. Your money can be refunded in several ways, depending on your wish: by bank transfer, by providing us with a bank account; by courier; by hand at one of the SIKO sites. Complaints for broken or damaged products are only accepted on receipt of goods with a signed Claim Inspection Report in the presence of the couriers or our driver.

Goods that are custom made, specially imported for the Customer, fitted or glued tiles and other goods cannot be returned. For this we ask that when you receive the goods you check them in front of the courier, this is your and our guarantee.

You can cancel your order by calling 0700 15 0 15. This can only happen if the order has not yet been packed and sent to you. Another way to cancel is to send us a Cancellation Form (you can download it from HERE ) by Email to, quoting your order number.

If you would like to see your desired bathroom ready, please take advantage of a 3D project of individual dimensions. For this purpose, visit our shop or send a drawing of the bathroom (may be by hand) with a detailed description to email: Leave a contact phone number so we can comment together on the design and achieve the desired results. When requesting a project, a deposit of BGN 50 is payable, which can be transferred to our bank account and then deducted from the order value.
