Delivery and return of goods

Dear Customers, provides various delivery options (for Bulgaria) of products – regardless of their price.

It is important to know:

  • All orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day and picked up by courier when ready.
  • Goods ordered from the e-shop, except for goods for which a different delivery time is explicitly indicated, are delivered within 2-5 business days (time depends on the supplier company).
  • he delivery period begins to run after an employee of contacts the customer to confirm the order, respectively – from receipt of payment if the selected payment method is “cash on delivery”, “by bank transfer”, “by debit/credit card”, except in cases where a different delivery period is specified for the specific goods.
  • The customer must examine the products in the presence of the courier upon receipt. In the event of a defect found as a result of transportation, a Claim Inspection Report is required from the courier describing the damaged items. WITHOUT a completed Inspection Report, claims regarding the integrity of the products will not be considered!!!

Delivery of products by a courier company

For deliveries we use courier companies Econt, Speedy and Transpress, which will deliver the order to a specified address or “on request” – in an office convenient for you.

The prices of all products and services listed on the site are in Bulgarian lev (BGN) and include VAT (20%). Prices for each shipment are different, depending on the tariff of the courier company. It is at your expense and you pay it directly to the courier.

Each product delivered by courier is insured. The courier is responsible for any damage caused during transportation.

The prices quoted for delivery do not include product insurance, which is 0.5% of the order value.

If you find any damage upon receipt, fill in a Claim Inspection Report in the presence of the courier.

Delivery to the address with transport of

Delivery by transport of is free of charge** for the total amount of the order over BGN 899 within the cities of Sofia, Stara Zagora, Pazardzhik, Burgas, Ruse, Veliko Tarnovo and Pleven.

Transportation outside the city limits is with an external courier company partner, starting from the outgoing city sign.

** Free delivery does not apply to products on promotion. For products on promotion delivery is BGN 40.00 for cities with outlets or if in the area with an external courier company partner, starting from the outgoing sign of the city. Free shipping is only for online orders placed through the site.

Receipt of products on site at the Seller’s store / warehouse

When the User specifies “Personal pick-up from the store”, the User is notified via the mobile phone provided when the products/services will be ready for pick-up.

The Seller shall provide the User with the opportunity to collect the products from the Seller’s warehouse/store without commitment for freight activities within 5 business days after notification by that the order is ready and awaiting receipt.

After the expiry of the period for receipt under the preceding sentence, in the event that the products are not received by the User, the order will be automatically cancelled.
The Seller will ensure the proper packaging of the Products and the dispatch of the accompanying documents. If by any chance the shipment does not contain a document required to accompany the Product ordered, please contact us at the e-mail address indicated on the Site and we will do our best to provide it to you as soon as possible.

Returns and cancellations

  • Products that have been manufactured / imported to individual order / customer specific / fitted or glued tiles or other products cannot be returned.
  • The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance or off-premises contract, without giving any reason, without compensation or penalty, within 14 days from the date on which the Consumer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Consumer has taken possession of the products or the date on which the Consumer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Consumer has taken possession of the last product, in the case of a contract under which several products have been ordered with a single order.
