Free delivery with our transport

For your convenience, we at Siko.bg offer free* delivery for orders over 459.65 EUR / 899 BGN within the cities of Sofia, Stara Zagora, Pazardzhik, Burgas, Ruse, Veliko Tarnovo and Pleven. Transportation outside the city limits is carried out with an external courier company partner, starting from the outgoing city sign.

*Free shipping does not apply to products on promotion. For products on promotion the delivery is 20.45 EUR / 40.00 BGN for cities with Siko.bg outlets. Free shipping is only for online sales.

Claims for obvious and transport defects are accepted only on the spot upon delivery of the goods.

We offer two other delivery options:

• Collection from our site – you can order from the site and request collection from our store which is most convenient for you. But you have to wait for confirmation by phone that your order is ready.
• Delivery by a courier to your address or office – we use Speedy, Econt and Transpress.

Important to know!

The customer must examine the goods in the presence of the courier. In case of a defect found as a result of transportation, a Claim Inspection Report is required from the courier, which describes the damaged items. WITHOUT a completed Claim Inspection Report, claims regarding the integrity of the goods will not be considered!!!
