Complaints for obvious and transport defects are accepted only on site upon delivery of the goods.

We offer two more delivery options:
*Pick-up from our store – you can order from the website and request pick-up from our store, which is most convenient for you. But you must wait for confirmation by phone that your order is ready.
*Delivery by courier to your address or office – we use Speedy, Econt and Transpress.

Goods ordered from the siko.bg e-shop, except for goods for which a different delivery time is explicitly indicated, are delivered within 2-5 business days (time depends on the supplier company).

If a defect is found as a result of transportation, the courier is required to provide a Complaint Report describing the damaged items. Vidima Alpha BD125AA is a practical hygiene set for installation, suitable for modern bathrooms and WC areas, where a discreet, convenient and tidy solution for daily hygiene is sought. The set combines a built-in Alpha mixer with an internal and external part, a hand-held hygienic shower Idealspray , a wall elbow with hanger and a shower hose.

The built-in installation provides a cleaner look because the main part of the mixer remains hidden in the wall. Only the control handle, the decorative rosette, the wall elbow and the hygienic shower are visible, making the set suitable for modern sanitary rooms with a minimalist design.

The Alpha A7184AA mixer has a 47 mm ceramic cartridge with CLICK , a metal handle with hot and cold water indication, a chrome-plated plastic rosette, compliance with EN817 standard and a 5-year warranty . Additional product information for the A7184 indicates a brass body , a flow rate of 29 l/min at 3 bar , a built-in installation and a SmartShine finish.

The hygienic shower is convenient for everyday use next to the toilet, and the wall elbow with hanger allows for practical placement of the shower head after use. The 1250 mm hose provides sufficient freedom of movement in a compact WC area.
