For your convenience, we at Siko.bg offer free* delivery for orders over 899 BGN within the cities of Sofia, Pazardzhik, Burgas, Ruse, Veliko Tarnovo and Pleven. Transport outside the city is carried out with an external courier partner company, starting from the city's departure table.

Complaints for obvious and transport defects are accepted only on site upon delivery of the goods.

We offer two more delivery options:
*Pick-up from our store – you can order from the website and request pick-up from our store, which is most convenient for you. But you must wait for confirmation by phone that your order is ready.
*Delivery by courier to your address or office – we use Speedy, Econt and Transpress.

Goods ordered from the siko.bg e-shop, except for goods for which a different delivery time is explicitly indicated, are delivered within 2-5 business days (time depends on the supplier company).

The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt in the interest of the courier. If a defect is found as a result of transportation, the courier is required to provide a Complaint Report describing the damaged items. WITHOUT a completed Complaint Report, complaints regarding the integrity of the goods will not be considered!!!

Ideal Standard Esla BD002XC is a practical bathroom set, designed to completely equip the shower area and washbasin in one harmonious look. The set includes an Esla built-in bath/shower mixer with inner and outer parts, an Idealrain Luxe shower head, a wall-mounted arm, an Idealrain Evo hand shower, a wall-mounted elbow with hanger, a shower hose and an Esla washbasin mixer.

Ideal Standard's Esla series is suitable for modern bathrooms that seek clean design, functionality and convenience in everyday use. The chrome finish gives a universal shine and is easily combined with various tiles, sanitary ware and bathroom accessories.

The built-in shower solution is particularly suitable for minimalist interiors, as part of the installation remains hidden in the wall. The Idealrain Luxe 20 × 20 cm shower head provides a comfortable shower area, and a 40 cm wall-mounted arm helps to correctly position the overhead shower. A 12 l/min flow limiter is also included, which helps to control water consumption.

The washbasin mixer completes the set with a single line and convenience around the sink. It is equipped with a 35 mm ceramic shut-off mechanism , hot water limiter and pop-up waste, making it a practical choice for everyday use. The built-in bath/shower mixer is specified with a 38 mm ceramic mechanism and a brass body.
