Complaints for obvious and transport defects are accepted only on site upon delivery of the goods.
We offer two more delivery options:
*Pick-up from our store – you can order from the website and request pick-up from our store, which is most convenient for you. But you must wait for confirmation by phone that your order is ready.
*Delivery by courier to your address or office – we use Speedy, Econt and Transpress.
Goods ordered from the siko.bg e-shop, except for goods for which a different delivery time is explicitly indicated, are delivered within 2-5 business days (time depends on the supplier company).
Important to know!
The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt in the interest of the courier. If a defect is found as a result of transportation, the courier is required to provide a Complaint Report describing the damaged items. WITHOUT a completed Complaint Report, complaints regarding the integrity of the goods will not be considered!!!
Siko.bg gives you, our customers, the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the day of delivery.
Products that are manufactured / imported on an individual order / specifically for the customer /, installed or glued tiles or other products cannot be returned.

Self-leveling leveling compound on a calcium sulphate basis (class CA-C20-F6, acc. to EN 13813), for creating flat surfaces with a layer thickness of 1 to 20 mm, suitable for underfloor heating, as well as before laying tiles and floor coverings of any type, resistant to load from castor chairs, for indoor use. One 25 kg bag is mixed with 6 l of drinking water until the lumps in the bucket disappear - approx. 3 min. It is pulled out with a comb-shaped squeegee with an appropriate tooth size. The finished surface is treated with a needle roller at least twice, crosswise. The wet self-leveling compound is stepped on with shoes - "cat" type. For large objects, the product can be applied with a plastering machine equipped with an additional mixer and a screw pair, with a flow rate of approx. 35 l/h.
For leveling and smoothing gypsum, cement, asphalt, magnesite and quick-setting screeds, as well as old tiled floor coverings, for old and new construction, for layer thicknesses of 1–20 mm, for interior use, before laying parquet, ceramic, textile and elastic floor coverings.
