Complaints for obvious and transport defects are accepted only on site upon delivery of the goods.

*Pick-up from our store – you can order from the website and request pick-up from our store, which is most convenient for you. But you must wait for confirmation by phone that your order is ready.
*Delivery by courier to your address or office – we use Speedy, Econt and Transpress.

Goods ordered from the siko.bg e-shop, except for goods for which a different delivery time is explicitly indicated, are delivered within 2-5 business days (time depends on the supplier company).

The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt in the interest of the courier. If a defect is found as a result of transportation, the courier is required to provide a Complaint Report describing the damaged items. WITHOUT a completed Complaint Report, complaints regarding the integrity of the goods will not be considered!!!

Siko.bg gives you, our customers, the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the day of delivery.

Products that are manufactured / imported on an individual order / specifically for the customer /, installed or glued tiles or other products cannot be returned.

The Geberit DuofixBasic Delta set is a practical solution for installing a wall-hung toilet and creating a sanitary area with a concealed cistern. The configuration includes a Geberit DuofixBasic installation structure with a built-in Delta cistern and a Geberit Delta20 dual flush actuator plate in glossy chrome.

Once the installation is complete, the cistern, water connections and main connecting elements remain hidden behind the pre-wall cladding. Only the selected wall-hung toilet and the activator button are visible in the room. This creates a clean and contemporary look and frees up the space under the ceramic for easier cleaning.

The Geberit DuofixBasic Delta structure is designed for wall-hung toilets and is 112 cm high and 50 cm wide. The self-supporting frame provides a stable base for the sanitary ceramics, and the adjustable supports allow for precise leveling to the finished floor.

The Delta concealed cistern is designed for front actuation. Access to the flushing mechanism after tiling is through the opening behind the activator button, which allows servicing of the main functional components without disturbing the wall tiling.

The standard configuration includes a Geberit Delta20 activator button with two separate buttons for small and large flush volumes. The model is finished in glossy chrome and measures 24.6 × 16.4 cm. The clean design and chrome surface allow it to be easily combined with various tiles, faucets and bathroom accessories.

The kit provides the basic components for building a wall-hung toilet installation, with the ceramics and toilet seat being selected separately. This gives the freedom to choose a model with the appropriate shape, dimensions and flushing technology according to the specific room and the customer's preferences.

The wall-hung toilet and seat with lid are not included.

Possibility to choose another activator button

The set can also be configured with another compatible Geberit Delta flush plate. The Geberit Delta50 is available in white, glossy chrome or matt black. When choosing a different model, color or finish, the final price of the set changes. The current price is determined according to the selected configuration.
