Complaints for obvious and transport defects are accepted only on site upon delivery of the goods.
We offer two more delivery options:
*Pick-up from our store – you can order from the website and request pick-up from our store, which is most convenient for you. But you must wait for confirmation by phone that your order is ready.
*Delivery by courier to your address or office – we use Speedy, Econt and Transpress.
Goods ordered from the siko.bg e-shop, except for goods for which a different delivery time is explicitly indicated, are delivered within 2-5 business days (time depends on the supplier company).
Important to know!
The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt in the interest of the courier. If a defect is found as a result of transportation, the courier is required to provide a Complaint Report describing the damaged items. WITHOUT a completed Complaint Report, complaints regarding the integrity of the goods will not be considered!!!
Siko.bg gives you, our customers, the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the day of delivery.
Products that are manufactured / imported on an individual order / specifically for the customer /, installed or glued tiles or other products cannot be returned.

Sanitary silicone Mapesil Z Plus . Fully silicone sealant with acetic bonding, resistant to mold for sanitary installation. For flexible sealing of joints between sanitary ware and ceramics, around shower cubicles, whirlpool baths, winter gardens, bathrooms and damp rooms. The formation of mold on the sealant is reduced, thanks to the special protective additive contained in the material.
The product is very thixotropic, making it easy to apply on horizontal and vertical surfaces without dripping. After cross-linking, it forms a very flexible seal between structural elements used in the construction, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, automotive and industrial sectors. With Mapesil Z Plus , glass, ceramics and anodized aluminum can be bonded.

- Mold-resistant seals in bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms and humid environments.
- Sealing of sanitary equipment, bathtubs, shower cabins and saunas.
- Sealing greenhouses.
- Sealing of glass with a U-shaped profile (U-glass).
- Sealing between glass and window frames.
- Sealing of air ducts.
- For making general seals in the construction, automotive, marine and industrial sectors (ship hatches, window frames, etc.).
