For your convenience, we at Siko.bg offer free* delivery for orders over 899 BGN within the cities of Sofia, Pazardzhik, Burgas, Ruse, Veliko Tarnovo and Pleven. Transport outside the city is carried out with an external courier partner company, starting from the city's departure table.

Complaints for obvious and transport defects are accepted only on site upon delivery of the goods.

We offer two more delivery options:
*Pick-up from our store – you can order from the website and request pick-up from our store, which is most convenient for you. But you must wait for confirmation by phone that your order is ready.
*Delivery by courier to your address or office – we use Speedy, Econt and Transpress.

Goods ordered from the siko.bg e-shop, except for goods for which a different delivery time is explicitly indicated, are delivered within 2-5 business days (time depends on the supplier company).

If a defect is found as a result of transportation, the courier is required to provide a Complaint Report describing the damaged items. Ideal Standard Ceraplan BD194AA is a complete installation kit, designed for a modern shower area with a clean look and comfortable everyday use. The kit combines a Ceraplan BD259AA built-in bath/shower mixer, a rectangular Idealrain Luxe 200 × 300 mm shower head, an Idealrain Evo Diamond 115 mm hand shower, a wall elbow with hanger, an IdealFlex 1750 mm shower hose and a 400 mm shower arm.

Ideal Standard's Ceraplan series is designed with a focus on comfort, ergonomics and reliable water management. The clean shape and chrome finish fit easily into both modern and more classic bathrooms, while the recessed installation leaves more free space and creates a tidy look in the shower area.

The Idealrain Luxe overhead shower with a size of 200 × 300 mm provides a wide and comfortable shower area. According to the product specification, the flow rate of the overhead shower is 11 l/min at 3 bar , and the steel shower head and wall-mounted arm complete the set with a stable and elegant solution for everyday use.

The Idealrain Evo Diamond 115 mm hand shower is convenient for rinsing, cleaning the shower area and more flexible use. The specified flow rate for it is 8 l/min at 3 bar , and the included IdealFlex 1750 mm hose provides sufficient freedom of movement.
