For your convenience, we at Siko.bg offer free* delivery for orders over 899 BGN within the cities of Sofia, Pazardzhik, Burgas, Ruse, Veliko Tarnovo and Pleven. Transport outside the city is carried out with an external courier partner company, starting from the city's departure table.

*Free delivery does not apply to products on promotion. For products on promotion, delivery is 40.00 BGN for cities with Siko.bg retail outlets.

Complaints for obvious and transport defects are accepted only on site upon delivery of the goods.

We offer two more delivery options:
*Pick-up from our store – you can order from the website and request pick-up from our store, which is most convenient for you. But you must wait for confirmation by phone that your order is ready.
*Delivery by courier to your address or office – we use Speedy, Econt and Transpress.

Goods ordered from the siko.bg e-shop, except for goods for which a different delivery time is explicitly indicated, are delivered within 2-5 business days (time depends on the supplier company).

Important to know!

The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt in the interest of the courier. If a defect is found as a result of transportation, the courier is required to provide a Complaint Report describing the damaged items. WITHOUT a completed Complaint Report, complaints regarding the integrity of the goods will not be considered!!!

Siko.bg gives you, our customers, the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the day of delivery.

Products that are manufactured / imported on an individual order / specifically for the customer /, installed or glued tiles or other products cannot be returned.
