3D Project

If you want to visualize your dream bathroom, take advantage of our free 3D design service.

What is needed to order a 3D project:

*Drawing - it can be by hand, but it must be of exact dimensions /if you are putting drywall or other, the size must be taken after it is placed, please indicate where the traps, fans and outlets of the drain and water pipes are located/.

*Telephone and contact person - so that we can contact you and we can comment together on the design and achieve the desired results.

*Guidance - what you prefer in terms of colour range and sanitary ware, and budget.

*Payment - a £50.00 deposit is payable at our premises or by bank transfer, which is subsequently deducted in full, from the cost of the products you wish to purchase / applies only to the purchase of tiles from the project itself/.

What we will do for you:

*Contact - we will contact you to clarify details or to arrange the capitation

*Project - the prepared project can be changed according to your wishes for your future bathroom, we give you the right to two free corrections of the already prepared project.

*Corrections - each subsequent change in the visualization is charged 12.00 BGN. /this amount is not deducted when ordering/. Thus, the free project allows you to see your bathroom as you imagine it.

*Approval - after your approval of the project, our consultants will make a preliminary offer for you with an accurate calculation of the required square footage and all the products included in it.

!IMPORTANT TO KNOW!

* 3D project execution time up to 3 working days / on public holidays the deadline is extended /

*Blanks - at Siko locations ask to fill out a form with explanations and a drawing by hand for the project. This is your insurance for the accurate and correct execution of your project. It stays with us, you can receive a scanned copy in the mail along with the project.

*Deductible deposit period - up to 30 days when ordering tiles from the project. If the tile order is placed after 30 days from the date of project acceptance, the deposit will not be deducted.

*Please keep your documents /bill, invoice, stock, receipt/, in case of deduction of deposit you will be required to produce the document as well as in case of any other issues.

Using our service to prepare a free 3D project for your bathroom, it will be unique and unrepeatable because it will be made according to your choice and ideas, we will only help you to do this.
